  • from 22% p.a. (Hryvnya);
  • from 15% p.a. (foreign currency).
• Maturity up to 10 yrs;
• Loan limit up to 70% or 50% (rural real property) of the assessed value of the collateral;
• Financed against real property;
• Repayment on an annuity basis.

Revolving consumer loan against real property (or parcel of land)

Loan terms:

• Interest rate:
  • from 22% p.a. (Hryvnya);
  • from 15% p.a. (foreign currency).
• Commitment fee from 3%;
• Maturity up to 3 yrs;
• Loan limit up to 70% of the assessed value of the collateral;
• Financed against real property;
• Standard repayment method.

Consumer loan against vehicles

Loan terms:

• Interest rate:
  • from 22% p.a. (Hryvnya);
  • from 14.5% p.a. (foreign currency).
• Loan limit up to 60% of the assessed value of the collateral;
• Financed against vehicle;
• Standard repayment method.

Consumer loan for durable merchandise

Loan terms:

• Currency: national currency;
• Threshold of loan: UAH 1,000;
• from 13% APR;
• Maturity up to 1yr;
• Down payment: 20% of the sale price;
• Financed against:
  • merchandise;
  • if in excess of UAH 10,000, guarantor – individual or legal entity.
• Standard repayment method.

Non-revolving loan against deposit

Loan terms:

• Currency: national or foreign;
• APY + 1,5-3% bp;
• Must be paid off until deposit term expires;
• Loan limit up to 90% of deposit;
• Financed against deposit;
• Standard repayment method.

Revolving loan against deposit

Loan term:

• Currency: national or foregn;
• APY + 1,5-3% bp;
• Commitment fee: 3%;
• Must be paid off until deposit term expires;
• Loan limit up to 80% of deposit;
• Financed against deposit;
• Standard repayment method.

To apply, pertinent documents are as follows:

• National passport;
• Tax-payer ID;
• 6-month payroll statement;
• For self-employed, Registration Certificate, income verification document from the Tax Administration at the place of registration (Sales and Purchase Statement, Tax Return, etc.) for the previous 2 reporting periods and Tax-payer Certificate;
• Track-record statement.
