Service of credits from nonresidents

According to the requirements of "The Regulations on the procedure of reception by the residents of credits, loans in foreign currency from nonresidents and granting by the residents of the loans in foreign currency to nonresidents", approved by the Act of the National Bank of Ukraine № 270 from 17.06.2004 the residents of Ukraine can receive credits, loans in foreign currency, including returnable financial aid in foreign currency and use them for special tasks, determined by the contract. Credits are received only in the non-cash form. The contracts, which provide performance by the residents of the liabilities in foreign currency before nonresidents on the credits, loans (with payment of interests for usage or without it), including returnable financial aid,attracted from nonresidents, should be registered by the National Bank. Territorial Management Departments of the National bank give registration certificates to residents-borrowers. Residents-borrowers attract credits from nonresidents through the authorized banks of Ukraine (departments of banks), which have given the consent to serve operations on the contract.
