Licenses

According to the bank license on December 29, 2001 № 163, given by the National Bank of Ukraine, "Megabank" has the right to carry out bank operations:

1. Attraction of deposits from legal entities and individuals
2. Opening and keeping of clients’ and correspondent banks’ current accounts, including transfer of money from these accounts with the help of payment instruments and enter the money to them
3. Investment of attracted money on one’s own behalf, conditions and risk
4. Granting of guarantees, power of attorney and other obligations from the third persons, which provide for their performance in the money form
5. Acquisition of the demand right of obligation performance in the money form for the delivered goods or received services, taking the risk of performance of such demands and payment reception (factoring)
6. Leasing
7. Services on safe custody and giving safes for safekeeping and documents custody in rent
8. Issue, purchase, sale and services of cheques, bills and other negotiable payment instruments
9. Issue of bank payment cards and performance of operations using these cards
10. Provision of consulting and information services on bank operations

1. Nontrade operations with currency values
2. Maintenance of the clients’ accounts (residents and nonresidents) in the monetary unit of Ukraine
3. Maintenance of correspondent accounts of banks (residents and nonresidents) in foreign currency
4. Maintenance of correspondent accounts of banks (nonresidents) in the monetary unit of Ukraine
5. Opening of correspondent accounts in the authorized banks of Ukraine in foreign currency and carrying out of operations on them
6. Opening of correspondent accounts in banks (nonresidents) in foreign currency and carrying out of operations on them
7. Attraction and placing of foreign currency in the currency market of Ukraine
8. Attraction and placing of foreign currency in the international markets
9. Operations with bank metals in the currency market of Ukraine
10. Other operations with currency values in the international markets
11. Issue of own securities
12. Organization of security purchase and sales by the clients’ order
13. Carrying out of operations in the securities market on its own behalf (including underwriting)
14. Carrying out of investments into the authorized funds and stocks of other legal entities
15. Transportation of currency values and collection of funds
