On the 16-th of May 2008 in Kyiv there was a meeting between Olena Zhukova, the Chairman of the Managing Board, Vyacheslav Ryutin, the Deputy Chairman of the Managing Board, and Kurt Geiger, the Director of the EBRD Department for Financial Institutions. Within the bounds of the meeting, the parties summarized the intermediate results of cooperation, discussed the rates of "Megabank’s" disbursement of USD 20 million, allocated by the EBRD.

As Olena Zhukova, the Chairman of the Managing Board, informed: "During 6 months of work we drawn USD 11 million of the EBRD line (USD 9 million of the SME Programme and USD 2 million of the Micro Lending Programme. Moreover the parties discussed plans for the future concerning new mechanisms’ implementation of financing of "Megabank".
