JSC "Megabank" has summed up the work of the regional network of the Bank in 2007

During 2007 the total quantity of "Megabank" divisions increased by 12 building blocks, including central regional departments being registered in 6 new regions in Ukraine. Concerning the registered in December 2006 divisions, the network indeed started working in 10 new regions: Dnepropetrovsk, Zaporozhie, Ivano-Frankovsk, the Crimea, Lugansk, Odessa, Sumy, Ternopol and Khmelnitskiy and also in the city of Sevastopol. Thus by the end of 2007 the "Megabank" network is working in 22 regions out of 26 regions of Ukraine.

On 01.01.2008 the account of assets of the regional network reached 803 million hryvnas that makes 34% of the common assets of "Megabank". Their increase during 2007 made up 433 million hryvnas or 117%. As comparing to 2006, the rate of assets increase in the regional network in the accountable year grew up three times and the specific weight in the summary balance of the Bank increased by 5 percent points.

The total Credit Portfolio of the regional network on 01.01.2008 reached 728 million hryvnas which makes 54% of the cumulative Credit Portfolio of "Megabank". Since the beginning of the year the allotment of the regional divisions of the bank in the Credit Portfolio of the Bank increased by 16 percent points. The increase of the Credit Portfolio of the regional divisions since the beginning of the year makes up 155% or 443 million hryvnas. The rate of the increase in 2007 in comparison with the previous year rose in 4 times.

During 2007 the mature funds of the regional divisions increased by 77% or by 166 million hryvnas and constituted 288 million hryvnas on 01.01.2008. Comparing to 2006, the dynamics of the mature funds increase rose almost thrice.

Resulting from the work during 2007 among the regional divisions branches, the Challenge Pennant and Diploma for the 1st place were given to Nikolayev Central Regional Department and its leaders Vladimir Prohorov, the Director, and Lyudmila Sirinova, the Chief Accountant and the Head of the Bank Operations Support, received the Gratitude Diplomas from the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Council of the Bank. The second place was occupied by the Poltava Branch. Andrey Oleynik, the Director of the Branch, and Oksana Zayceva, The Chief Accountant, received the Gratitude Diplomas from the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Council of the Bank. The third place was occupied by both the Crimean Central Regional Department and the Kiev Branch. Pyotr Tyaberdin, the Director of the Crimean Central Regional Department, and Lyudmila Suvorova, the Chief Accountant and the Head of the Bank Operations Support, as well as Taisia Patrach, the Head of the Kiev Branch, and Lidia Novosad, the Chief Accountant, received a high praise of their work from the management of the Bank.
