In June 2008 "Megabank" revised the interest rates on individuals’ deposits as for increasing. The bank increased the rates of all product line of individuals’ deposits. As Viktoriya Pidgorna, the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board (she is in charge of retail business of the bank) informed:

"Nowadays the bank has one of the most attractive deposit rates at the banking deposits market for individuals in USD – up to 12,6% per annum and up to 17,5% per annum in the national currency. The growth of deposit rates was generated by intension to provide depositors with interest on deposits, exceeding the level of inflation. "Megabank" elaborates such products within the bounds of deposit programmes for individuals, which are profitable for clients of the bank.

Besides, "Megabank" is presently carrying out the discount action on individuals’ deposits, devoted to the 18-th anniversary of the bank. Under the action’s conditions depositors are entitled to place a deposit both for a short period – 18 weeks with payment of 18% per annum in UAH and 11% per annum in USD, and for a longer period – 18 month ("Megapolis" deposit) with payment of 18% per annum in UAH, 12,5% per annum in USD and 9,3% in EUR".
