As Svetlana Sahtinova, the Corporate Secretary of the Bank, informed the Supervisory Council of "Megabank" made a resolution on the inclusion of Viktoria Podgornaya, the Deputy of the Board’s Chairman, and Aleksandr Litvinenko, the Head of the Financial Monitoring Board, to the Board of Directors of the Bank. Nikolay Selevko, the former Head of the Financial Monitoring Board, was excluded from the body of the Board of Directors.
