The European Bank of the Reconstruction and Development Committee of Directors adopted the project about offering $20 million USA dollars credit resources to the "Megabank" PLC for small and middle business crediting. The European Bank of the Reconstruction and Development representatives will render the micro crediting program assistance in the "Megabank" PLC.

The micro crediting department was established in the bank structure from August 16, 2007. The department is a part of the corporate business central administrative board. The micro crediting department main function are the work organization and coordination in the bank system of the clients crediting belonging the small and middle business category.

The main credit services offering by the bank will be:

• The express- credits to $7 000 USA dollars for the 2 years term;
• The micro-credits to $30 000 USA dollars for the 5 years term;
• The Small credits to $250 000 USA dollars for the 5 years term.
