Starting from January 2008 Poltava citizens will receive the unified receipt for paying all the types of municipal payments and energy-carriers payments instead of subscriber’s books. Also, for convenience purposes of Poltava citizens, "Megabank" is in the process of opening new payment centers in the dwelling-municipal organizations. Today there are three such centers operating.
