The International Finance Corporation represantatives conducted the meeting with scientists of "Banking University" the National Bank of Ukraine and regional institutes in Kharkiv, Lviv, Cherkasy. They intend to introduse the master degree programe "The Corporate Managment in Banking".

According to Sergei Triputnya statement, one of the project leaders, the International Finance Corporation specialists introduce the corporate managment programe at the number of banks in Ukraine including the open joint-stock company "Megabank". In addition the banks, taking part in the programe were the first to use the booking accountung international system.The chapter documents were adjusted in accordance with corporate managment world standarts. The independent manager appointment was introduced. Mr. Sergei Triputnya admitted that the leaders of the banks taking part in the programe approved the programe and admittedthe efectivness of the programe introduction. According to the International Finance Corporation represantatives statements, the further programe introduction will permitt to withstand the economical capture.The chapter documents suggest the rights and duties of all the intresting bank parties.

The academic course on the bank corporate managment was developed in Ukraine for the first time. The "Banking University" professors at the National Bank of Ukraine are its authors. Highly experienced professors will teach the programe course students. Desmond O’Maonaigh the financial director one of the biggest bank in Europe and Valeriy Oguenko the executive director of the deposit guarantee fund agreed to take the part in the teaching course.
