On the 12-th of March 2008 the Administrative-Economic Court of Kharkiv Oblast answered to the claim of PLC "Megabank" to "Press-Centre-Kharkov" Ltd on denial of inadequate information.

As the Statement Claim Department informed: "The court has completely answered and met to the claim of the bank – the information placed in the issue of the weekly paper "Newspaper Kharkivlike" № 52(60) 27.12.07 – 02.01.08 was acknowledged invalid and therefore discrediting the business reputation of the bank. The court also obligated "Press-Centre-Kharkov" Ltd to refute the information placed. The court decision entered into legal force on 25.03.2008".
