The "Megabank" PLC Board made a decision (the protocol № 47) to approve following percentage rates of the bank bonds on October 1, 2007 year:

• by the "C" series on fifth-sixth percentage periods – 12 % annual,
• by the "D" series on fifth-eight percentage periods – 13 % annual.

The "C" series issue main conditions:

• The issue sum – 10 000 000,00 UAH,
• The bonds circulation term – 911 calendar days, from November 1, 2006 year till April 30, 2009 year inclusive.
• The coupon nominal rate – 14,0%.
• The offers quantity – 3 (November 1, 2007 year, May 3, 2008 year, November 1, 2008 year).

The "D" series issue main conditions:

• The issue sum – 15 000 000,00 UAH,
• The bonds circulation term – 1095 calendar days, from November 1, 2006 year till October 31, 2009 year inclusive.
• The coupon nominal rate – 14, 5%.
• The offers quantity – 2 (November 1, 2007 year and November 1, 2008 year).

The bank bonds received on the "uaA-" level rate appraisal by the "Credit-Raiting" LTD. and the forecast is stable.
