The own capital of "Megabank" amounted 322 million hryvnas on 01.01.08. The dynamics of the balance capital increase in 2007 turned to be on the level of 2006’s one. During 2007 the own capital of the Bank increased by 134 million hryvnas or by 71%. To compare, in 2007 the average Ukrainian banking system index of the capital increase constituted 64%.

In 2007 the Bank carried out the tenth emission of shares, as a result the statute capital of the Bank increased by 85 million hryvnas up to 200 million hryvnas.
