The Chairman of the Board of JSC "Megabank", Elena Zhukova, is awarder with the Diploma for participating in the project "The Guards of Leaders" which is a rating of the most successful leaders of 2006-2007 period. The rating is compiled by "The Ukrainian Rating Agency"; the publisher of the project is The Publishing House "Galician Contacts". The main purpose of the "The Guards of Leaders" project is an objective estimation of the leader’s merits and achievements in building the successful business. In 2007 "The Guards" estimated not only the professionalism and reputation of the leader but also financial achievements of the company.

In 2007 "Megabank" showed a considerable increase of the indexes of the Bank activities’ effectiveness. The Bank’s net wealth increased by 79% or 889 million hryvnas and constituted 2 010 million hryvnas on the 1st of January. The own capital of the Bank increased by 134 million hryvnas or by 71% in 2007 and it amounted 322 million hryvnas. The result of "Megabank" activities in 2007 was the profit in the sum of 24 million hryvnas. In comparison with 2006 the profit increased more than twice.

On 01.01.2008 the profitability of the net wealth of "Megabank" amounted 1,6% and the profitability of the capital – 9,6%. During 2007 the above-mentioned indexes of the Bank activities’ effectiveness increased by 0,4 p.p. and 1,5 p.p. correspondingly. The Credit Portfolio of the Bank constituted 1 340 million hryvnas on 01.01.2008. During 2007 it increased by 80% or by 596 million hryvnas. The Deposit Portfolio of the natural persons from "Megabank" clients increased by 237 million hryvnas or 54% and it amounted 679 million hryvnas on 01.01.08. The Deposit Portfolio of the "Megabank" corporate clients increased by 223 million hryvnas and it constituted 417 million hryvnas on 01.01.08.

The Diploma allowing to use the trade mark of the participant of the "The Guards of Leaders" rating confirms the highest ordinance of JSC "Megabank".
