Megabank Public Limited Company signed the general contract on refinancing and servicing of mortgage credits with State hypothecary institution. This means that one can obtaine real estate at the secondary market on credit or obtain a credit to ameliorate one’s housing conditions.

By the terms of the contract such type of credits will be given in national currency (UAH) for 5 till 30 years at the interest 12.8% per annum. Minimum amount of a credit is 25 000 UAH.
