The "Megabank" PLC (Kharkiv) has received the certificate of the tenth issue shares registration (August 2, 2007). The bank General Shareholders Tallage adopted the decision of the "Megabank" statute capital increase in 85 million bank simple nominal shares at August 19, 2007 year.

The 85 million bank simple nominal shares were distributed by the open distribution conduction. The all shares were distributed at the nominal value. The statute capital was increased in 200 million hryvnas as a result an open distribution conduction.
