The State Commission on Securities and Share Market has registered the report on preschedule placement of the second issue of the bonds of "Megabank" PLC (Kharkiv) of series C and D. The bonds for the sum of 25 mln UAH were issued and placed. The bonds were bought by Ukrainian and foreign banks, insurance companies, not-state pension funds, institutes of joint investment.

The bonds of a series C were issued for the sum of 10 mln UAH, bond turnover - 911 calendar days, from November 1, 2006 to April 30, 2009 inclusive. The nominal rate of a coupon – 14 %.

The bonds of a series D were issued for the sum of 15 mln UAH, bond turnover - 1095 calendar days, from November 1, 2006 to October 31, 2009 inclusive. The nominal rate of a coupon - 14,5 %.

The bank’s bonds have received the rating estimation of the "Credit-Rating" PLC at the level "uaА-", forecast - "stable".
