On July, 3 the AGM of "Megabank" PLC (Kharkiv) approved the results of placement of the bank’s shares. The total nominal value of actually placed shares made 85 million UAH (100% of the planned volume of placement); 85 million of simple nominal shares were placed. Now the registered authorized capital of the bank makes 115 million UAH, taking into account additional emission the authorized capital of the bank will make 200 million UAH.

In addition, the AGM made a decision about leading Eugeniy Belynskyi, Mykola Golovakhyn and Illya Rybchych out of the structure of the Supervisory Board of "Megabank" PLC and elected Volodymyr Starychenko and Olexiy Cherkasskyi as the members of the Supervisory Board of the bank.

On July, 1 the regional network of "Megabank" PLC made 178 subdivisions in 17 regions of Ukraine, including 6 subsidiaries, 1 representative office and 171 branches. The net assets of the bank made 1,522 billion UAH, credit portfolio – 1,077 billion UAH, regulative capital – 241 million UAH. The net income for the first half-year made 10,1 million UAH.
