Profitability for 1-4 quarter coupon periods was set at a level of 13,75% p.a.
Profitability for 5-8 quarter coupon periods was set at a level of 20% p.a.
Profitability for 9-12 quarter coupon periods was diminished from 20% to 18% p.a.
As the agency informed, as of January 1 bank's assets were UAH 3 172,0 million, loans and clients' debt - UAH 2 411,5 million, own capital - UAH 634,0 million. For 2009 MEGABANK,PJSC received a net profit of UAH 1,581 million.
Major shareholders of MEGABANK,PJSC are: CJSC "М-Invest" (Kharkov) - 34,99%, EBRD and KfW (Germany) - by 15% each.
